Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning process for projects and initiatives, developing detailed project schedules, allocating resources, and defining timelines to ensure efficient execution.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues, ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee resource allocation and utilization, forecasting needs and adjusting plans with team leads.
  • •Monitor planning activities using KPIs and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management on status, risks, and mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Project Controls experience in Planning & Scheduling across the full project lifecycle
  • •Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning/resourcing software (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field preferred
  • •Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a planning team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • •Ability to analyse data, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
