•Lead the planning process for projects and initiatives, developing detailed project schedules, allocating resources, and defining timelines to ensure efficient execution.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues, ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
•Oversee resource allocation and utilization, forecasting needs and adjusting plans with team leads.
•Monitor planning activities using KPIs and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management on status, risks, and mitigation.
•Identify potential risks or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track while supporting junior planners and promoting a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

•Project Controls experience in Planning & Scheduling across the full project lifecycle
•Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning/resourcing software (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field preferred
•Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a planning team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
•Ability to analyse data, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
