Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered with the right quality standards, on time and efficiently.
  • •Manage individual tasks across the construction process, including submittal and RFI processes, change order management, punch-list management, and close-out documentation to operations.
  • •Support proposal preparation for new projects or variations to existing projects.
  • •Help establish project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring key information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Contribute to monthly reporting for the client’s program and maintain project cost tracking and EVM systems, liaising with finance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelors and/or Masters degree.
  • •Preferred degrees in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Support the Project Manager to ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered efficiently and on time.
