Job Summary

Manage the Tax and Tax Transparent Funds (TTF) Hub process for supporting clients and investors from onboarding through the full TTF lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and operational support across Transfer Agency tax matters, ensure accurate and timely tax regulatory submissions, and oversee the TTF hub operating model. Serve as an escalation point, support TA tax partners’ daily work, and partner with internal teams to implement regulatory changes and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the TTF hub process, including daily work completion, procedure adherence, error measurement/mitigation, and timely delivery.
•Support TA Tax and TTF hub partners by ensuring they manage their daily duties effectively.
•Oversee the tax reporting process, ensuring IUT and FATCA & CRS reports are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
•Maintain operating procedures to enhance client experience and service quality.
•Provide ongoing tax technical guidance and operational support, act as escalation point, and liaise with internal teams to implement regulatory changes and drive process improvements.

Key Requirements

•A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience.
•Operational experience in a Transfer Agency, Tax or TTF role is preferred.
•Numerical competency with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
•Ability to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail/documentation.
