Job Summary

Lead EASA modification programs for commercial aircraft through Boeing Global Services, driving safety, quality, and technical excellence. Serve as the primary technical focal for assigned projects, partnering with customers, vendors, MROs, and regulatory agencies to develop compliant engineering solutions that meet time and budget goals. Support project technical governance by chairing reviews, managing technical risks/issues/opportunities, and collaborating with global engineering and Programme Management teams.

•Lead technical teams in the design and certification of aircraft modifications.
•Act as the primary technical focal for assigned modification projects and provide technical support to assigned Project Manager(s).
•Collaborate with customers, outside vendors, MROs, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to create engineering solutions that exceed customer expectations on time and within budget.
•Provide independent advice to support safe, compliant, and practical solutions across modification projects.
•Chair technical review meetings and support project ITCM/PDR/CDR meetings with status reporting; manage technical risks, issues, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non-US equivalent qualification directly related to the work statement.
•Knowledge of commercial aircraft interiors is essential.
•Minimum 5 years of aviation/aerospace (or related) industry experience.
•Working knowledge of EASA regulatory and airworthiness requirements, including (E)TSO, CS-25, and CFR Part 25 and Part 21J design organisations.
•Fluency in English, written and spoken.
