Maintain accurate merchant, product catalog, inventory, customer, and pricing data within the Moniebook platform. Process spreadsheet and CSV bulk imports with validation, ensure records follow data standards, and support onboarding by preparing required configurations and resolving template errors. Perform cross-referencing across spreadsheets, CRM, and POS back-office systems, document corrections and logs, and fulfill ad-hoc data requests within SLA windows for reliable go-lives and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Input, update, and maintain merchant data including product catalogues, SKUs, pricing, inventory levels, and customer profiles.
•Process bulk data imports from spreadsheets and CSV files, validating format and completeness before upload.
•Ensure records adhere to Moniebook data standards and naming conventions, performing quality checks for errors, duplicates, and outdated entries.
•Cross-reference data across spreadsheets, CRM, and POS back-office systems to keep information consistent; flag and document anomalies for resolution.
•Maintain import logs and correction history in the CRM and fulfill ad-hoc data requests from Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, and Support within SLA windows.
