Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead statutory income statement and legal entity forecasting to ensure accurate, consistent projections aligned to business performance and strategy.
  • •Partner with Capital, Tax, Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury, and Risk to develop integrated financial forecasts and support capital planning.
  • •Oversee actual-to-forecast analysis, forecasting assumptions, and maintain controls, documentation, and governance.
  • •Lead and develop a Senior Financial Analyst while building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • •Prepare and deliver executive reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights; drive process improvements using automation and AI-enabled analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, statutory reporting, and legal entity forecasting (or related finance disciplines).
  • •4+ years of people leadership experience.
  • •Experience in insurance/annuities/asset-intensive insurance or financial services with strong statutory financial reporting and legal entity forecasting knowledge.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and develop collaborative relationships.
  • •CPA, ASA, FSA, CFA, MBA, or another relevant professional designation is preferred.
