•Repair damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery materials.
•Repair interior components including center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic parts, and stitching.
•Perform color matching/dying of cloth and fabric.
•Repair glass damage in windows/windshields, including stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers and work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
•Able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Can work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes in excessive heat/cold conditions.
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
