Production Team Lead

Lead the 3rd shift production team, working hands-on with employees and multiple manufacturing lines to produce tubes and cores. Report to the Plant Manager while focusing on safety, excellent attendance, quality, and defect spotting. Make incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality, troubleshoot and set up new jobs on manufacturing machines, and help keep production on track through reliable deliverables and administrative tasks.
