Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee various projects of moderate complexity or departmental/divisional scope and manage planning, development, and execution of schedules.
  • •Ensure methodology compliance, monitor budgets, and coordinate activities across teams to meet deadlines.
  • •Maintain timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle and report risks and issues to management.
  • •Lead project teams to align with business objectives and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • •Provide input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education required.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience with structured methodology and project planning tools.
  • •Broad knowledge in the areas of strategy, planning and project management.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
  • •Knowledge of MasterCard and the payments industry preferred.
