Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of customer accounts and understand payment behavior
  • •Pursue collection and reconciliation of trade and non-trade receivables, identifying root causes of payment delays and driving resolution
  • •Verify, post, and reconcile accounts receivable data; reconcile ledgers, monitor payments, and resolve billing discrepancies
  • •Evaluate credit line requests, assess credit worthiness, and perform credit-related hold/release and shipment block reviews
  • •Respond to customer inquiries, support customer record maintenance, prepare documentation for month-end close and audit requests, and generate portfolio reports

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or higher and 2+ years of relevant work experience

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data reconciliation; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
