Engineering Manager, Discovery Experience

Lead and grow a team of product-focused full stack engineers owning DoorDash’s Homepage—the highest-traffic entry point for every consumer session. Set the product and technical roadmap for discovery experiences across food, grocery, retail, and emerging verticals, shifting from static feeds to LLM-generated, intent-aware recommendations. Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and ML/Recommendation Platform teams to ship reliable, high-impact experiences across iOS, Android, and Web.
