Key Responsibilities

  • •Own operational metrics for Kazakhstan cities, including monthly/quarterly goals, continuous monitoring, and achievement.
  • •Manage courier budget (CPO) and define/monitor procedures with the Supply team to improve city performance.
  • •Own and enhance dashboards, building new tools to improve visibility into city performance.
  • •Analyze issues that cause city performance to deviate from goals and generate insights to improve metrics across cities.
  • •Track the impact of new implementations by checking daily city metrics and maintain detailed reporting models for data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • •1–2 years of experience in high-demand analytical roles (consulting, investment banking, operations, finance, logistics, analytics, strategy, etc.).
  • •Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and sound business judgment.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, ownership attitude.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and strong SQL knowledge; proficiency in English (written and oral).
