Key Requirements

  • •Be studying (or have achieved) an RICS-accredited degree in Geospatial Surveying, Mapping, or GIS (ideally with a 2:1), or a non-cognate Geography degree with a 2:1 minimum.
  • •Have an understanding of the technical aspects of buildings and a genuine interest in the real estate and built environment.
  • •Passion for the construction industry and built environment, including infrastructure and real estate.
  • •Be able to approach problems analytically and develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
