Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with meaningful financial analysis and business insights.
  • •Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and explain key variances.
  • •Lead budget, forecasting, and scenario-based simulations/business cases to support decision-making.
  • •Support month-end and year-end closing activities, review relevant financial information, and coordinate with tax/internal control/external auditors.
  • •Coach and develop the Finance and Accounting team and improve financial process/reporting capabilities.
