Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control assigned outage-related budgets across the Americas under Contractual Service Agreements to meet contractual obligations and business targets.
  • •Support application engineers with accurate job cost estimates for planned CSA outages prior to execution.
  • •Estimate expenditures, recommend cost-saving opportunities, and develop proactive cost-reduction initiatives with PMs and service managers.
  • •Obtain, organize, validate, and track outage costs (labor, materials, supplier invoices, timesheets, travel) and reconcile against estimates to identify variances and prevent overruns.
  • •Present cost performance for completed and upcoming outages, maintain CSA reconciliation workflow, support project closeout/claims management, and provide monthly cost-versus-budget updates.
