•Draft contracts and other legal documents, review draft contracts in accordance with internal guidelines, and advise business units on a range of commercial law issues.
•Support the company’s M&A transactions and commercial projects to promote revenue and growth.
•Assist with regulatory compliance and cross-border transactional work as needed.
•Work independently as a team player and communicate with people efficiently in a dynamic environment in Singapore Airlines and its subsidiaries.
•Contribute to a positive attitude to learn and excel in the role.

Key Requirements

•Law degree
•At least 1 year of legal experience in a reputable law firm or in-house at an MNC
•Excellent drafting skills
•Transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions; corporate finance; and/or other high value cross-border transactional work
•Experience in regulatory compliance and/or competition law matters (added advantage)
