Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the plant SIOP process to balance demand with manufacturing and supplier capacity.
  • •Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with business requirements.
  • •Ensure execution of purchasing strategies tied to cost, quality, and service objectives.
  • •Monitor supplier capacity and delivery performance; track purchasing KPIs and develop preventive action plans to mitigate supply risks.
  • •Execute the MRP process to support optimal inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance for plan execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a specialized degree in planning, logistics, or purchasing.
  • •3-5 years of supply chain experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Manufacturing background and understanding of SIOP process.
  • •Experience with Excel and SAP.
  • •Experience working in ISO/IATF environments; fully bilingual.
