Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end project/program delivery across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closing.
  • •Own scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications management, including handling scope changes.
  • •Use NICE project management methodology, processes, tools, techniques, and templates to define tasks, create plans, and track progress.
  • •Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, representing the business in internal/external customer forums and advising clients on roadmaps to maximize ROI.
  • •Manage project revenue and forecasting, report status to stakeholders on an agreed schedule, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and methodology updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a PM leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment, including international client experience.
  • •Experience delivering projects as a project manager for a consulting or software organization serving external clients.
  • •Manage the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions.
  • •Ability to manage complex, dynamic, large, and simultaneous projects for external customers.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and ability to span business and technical issues with solid customer relationship building.
