Project Manager Software Implementation

Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects, managing scope, time, cost, quality, risks, procurement, and stakeholders. Own project phases from initiation through closing, define plans and tasks using NICE project management methodology, and keep status and revenue forecasts updated. Serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal forums, motivate and provide performance feedback to the project team, and continuously improve delivery via lessons learned.
