Staff Software Engineer, Capacity and Efficiency Engineering

Lead the Capacity arm of the Capacity & Efficiency Engineering team, driving engineering direction for systems that manage and reduce Robinhood’s AWS cloud spend. Build cost attribution/chargeback platforms, automated anomaly detection and governance tooling, and capacity planning and forecasting models. Partner with Data Science and engineering/finance stakeholders to translate complex cost data into clear accountability and safely automate infrastructure optimization for a bursty, latency-sensitive trading environment.
