Job Summary

Manage and review complex cases for hospitalized patients and outpatient care, ensuring timely, accurate documentation and adherence to policy benefits. Partner with Medical Consultants and Registered Nurses to assess medical information and approve eligible procedures. Communicate case updates to patients and/or families, review insurance policies, set case reserves, and coordinate billing, documentation, and provider authorizations in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

•Monitor and update cases for hospitalized patients and outpatient care, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
•Collaborate with Medical Consultants and Registered Nurses to assess medical information and support decision-making.
•Approve eligible medical procedures and coordinate with internal medical teams.
•Communicate clearly with patients and/or families about policy benefits, case updates, and logistics.
•Review insurance policies, manage case reserves, and coordinate billing, documentation, and provider authorizations.

Key Requirements

•Post-secondary education required; minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Assistance or similar case management role is preferred.

•Proven problem-solving skills with sound judgment and initiative.
