Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive consistent wealth centre operational efficiency and service standards through regular reviews of processes and standards.
  • •Monitor operational performance (e.g., queue management and service turnaround times) via health checks/forums and identify productivity improvements.
  • •Identify operational issues and emerging risks; escalate and support governance actions where needed.
  • •Design, participate in, and deliver local/Group/regulatory/industry projects (e.g., MAS, ABS).
  • •Maintain control standards (audit actions and regulatory issues), perform monthly GL reconciliation (Cadency), and coordinate branch surprise checks with Risk & Control while managing vendor performance vs SLAs and supporting iNPS/Mystery Shop outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years’ progressive branch/wealth centre operations experience in a financial institution.
  • •Strong understanding of branch operations and end-to-end workflows, with client-centric communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • •Strong ownership/accountability and sound judgement; able to make decisions under pressure and within short timeframes.
  • •Structured problem-solving, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • •Commercial mindset and project management capability to deliver benefits and build business cases/presentations.
