Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, retain, and counsel team members; educate them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Check daily production orders for fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure workstations on the line are staffed before start-up of production.
  • •Ensure machinery performance and that workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems.
