Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee maintenance on all machinery during shift and perform troubleshooting for plant maintenance issues.
  • •Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance, including ensuring daily PMs are performed and recorded.
  • •Use the MRO system to remove and return parts from inventory and ensure adequate repair parts are stocked.
  • •Enter Work Order Requests into an automated tracking system and maintain accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
  • •Maintain the Food Safety Program (GMP), support set-ups/start-ups/qualifications, and recommend equipment improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a high-speed assembly production environment.
  • •Industrial maintenance skills including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting and correction.
  • •Ability to fabricate and design, and troubleshoot complex mechanical machine issues.
  • •Proficiency using computers, including work order tracking systems and an MRO system, plus automated scanning equipment.
  • •Forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift safely.
