Data Center Senior Construction Manager

Lead multiple data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing design coordination, construction phasing, occupancy, and warranty enforcement. Coordinate closely with clients, vendors, and the general contractor on scheduling, critical milestones, tests, and inspections, including RFI/submittal validation and documentation. Review punch lists and pay applications to support substantial completion, while aligning project documentation with cost and schedule controls.
