Job Summary

Support Tabby’s Compliance team for UAE operations by reviewing sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening results, conducting enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers and merchants, and validating KYB documentation for accuracy and completeness. Help investigate unusual or suspicious transactions and maintain detailed audit trails. Coordinate with onboarding, risk, and legal teams while staying current on UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and assess screening results (sanctions, PEPs, adverse media) and escalate potential matches per internal procedures.
•Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers and merchants, ensuring findings are well-documented and meet regulatory expectations.
•Review and verify KYB documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
•Assist in monitoring and investigating unusual or suspicious transactions, documenting findings and escalating cases when appropriate.
•Maintain comprehensive notes and audit trails, and update compliance records and systems in line with internal policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, Finance, or Business.
•1–2 years’ experience in compliance, KYC/KYB, or financial crime (preferred but not essential).
•Familiarity with AML, sanctions screening, KYC/KYB, and EDD processes.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
