Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support daily operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Partner on store operations directives, projects, reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.

Key Requirements
