Key Responsibilities

  • •Support several M&As at a given time by coordinating with the M&A integration team to execute initiatives and projects.
  • •Coordinate pre-defined workplans and identify additional requirements and blockers while increasing visibility of issues.
  • •Build relationships across the organization and with seller teams, ensuring stakeholders stay on track toward shared integration goals.
  • •Manage and lead weekly integration status meetings, coordinating stakeholder attendance and driving detailed discussions.
  • •Support data and analytics for M&A integration, and assist in building business requirements with seller and program management teams.
