Machine Operator/ Blender - 2nd Shift

Operate the blender during the 4:15 PM–2:00 AM shift to verify and blend ingredients into sauces according to batch sheets. Complete and review shift paperwork (scale verification, batch checklists), monitor the blending process, and perform scale audits. Maintain sanitary conditions by sanitizing equipment, drying condensation as needed, and cleaning tools and work areas to meet 5S standards and housekeeping expectations.
