Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve manufacturing process and product design problems using investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
  • •Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.
  • •Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
  • •Maintain manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling/fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
  • •Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work; partner with EHS to ensure OSHA-compliant equipment safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to accurately assess manufacturing issues related to process and design.

  • •PFMEA experience is preferred.
