Machine Operator (3rd shift)

Operate and set up manufacturing equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials and components. Learn core processes through an introductory period while maintaining a safe, organized, and clean workplace. Produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rates, troubleshoot production issues with assistance, and follow standard work and documentation practices (e.g., ISO, Windchill, Kanban).
