Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end architecture and technical design of Workday Extend applications, integrations, and supporting technology solutions.
  • •Architect and lead development of complex Workday Extend applications and enterprise integrations using Workday APIs, Extend frameworks, and integration tools.
  • •Develop solutions leveraging AI and Generative AI capabilities within the Workday ecosystem, using AWS services where required.
  • •Provide technical leadership across the application lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
  • •Establish architectural patterns and reusable frameworks, define governance for APIs/integrations/security strategies, and lead technical discovery, workshops, and evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 10 years of overall IT/software development experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Workday Extend experience.
  • •Workday certification in Extend and strong hands-on experience with Workday Integration Frameworks and Workday Studio.
  • •Experience with Workday integration components including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services, plus strong knowledge of Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
  • •Ability to design enterprise-grade integrations and strong understanding of API-based and event-driven integration architectures.
  • •Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
