Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives through detailed data collection and analysis.
  • •Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and performance improvements.
  • •Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed initiatives and track KPIs and project performance metrics.
  • •Assist in the design and delivery of presentations for internal and external stakeholders, using data visualization tools to communicate insights.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and PMO to monitor implementation status of transformation projects and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, healthcare consulting, or project management within the healthcare sector.
  • •Solid understanding of strategic planning and healthcare transformation processes.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including healthcare data analytics and reporting.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
