Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the bank’s Business Change Management program by identifying and engaging stakeholders, evaluating risks, and monitoring post-launch changes.
  • •Participate in or lead cross-functional change management and readiness work to understand, plan, manage, and sustain change to ensure client success.
  • •Partner with change management to assess change initiatives, identify integration points and impacted audiences, and evaluate change impacts.
  • •Lead development of change management strategy, sustainment plans, and adjustments for resistance and acceptance during implementation.
  • •Ensure change-related risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of directly related experience in organizational change management, communication, organizational development, marketing, human resources, and/or project delivery; including at least 2 years of change management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of project management and/or change management and demonstrated application to complex work products.
  • •Experience partnering for client success, applying emotional intelligence, overcoming resistance to change, and coaching/influencing leaders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including developing communications materials for multiple audiences.
