Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and the Account Receivable SSC team to ensure timely invoicing and supporting accounting documentation.
  • •Submit invoices with required supporting/accounting details and track status with customers.
  • •Lead collections review, addressing invoicing issues raised by customers.
  • •Collect payment details from customers (invoice number, TDS, deductions/reasons) and apply accurate invoice-wise accounting.
  • •Perform account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, track agreement validity for renewal, and help reduce overdue to improve DSO.

Key Requirements

  • •Any bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Masters/MBA in Finance also acceptable).
  • •At least 2–5 years of experience in credit control.
  • •Ability to work independently and accurately.
  • •Knowledge of account receivable, customer agreement management, and customer invoicing.
  • •Advanced MS Excel and knowledge of Oracle and transport management systems.
