Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a player-coach to other Product Managers, guiding them to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Own monetization strategy and roadmap prioritization to maximize LTV and MRR, with clear ROI.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped and successfully adopted.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
•Experience in Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a massive plus.
•Deep practical experience with a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model.
•Strong data-driven mindset; ability to dive into raw data to uncover patterns and inform decisions.
•Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into high-impact value propositions for stakeholders, engineers, and teams.
