Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose issues with real-time data.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing heavy equipment and aerial lifts, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Order parts and determine root cause and corrective action for equipment issues.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed and paperwork/e-records of work orders.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Required to be able to move, stand, stoop, bend freely, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service/maintenance/repair preferred.
