Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps in process or systems.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes to support a safe work environment.
  • •Use metrics and reporting to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
