Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess inmate suitability for Offence Related Programs.
  • •Deliver therapeutic programs addressing criminogenic needs and individual factors (mental health, disability, literacy, age, and cultural considerations).
  • •Manage program participants and respond professionally to challenging behaviours.
  • •Monitor inmate participation, progress, and program outcomes; maintain required documentation.
  • •Prepare accurate, evidence-based reports and support strategies to improve attendance and participant engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate qualification in Psychology, Criminology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Community Services, or a related discipline, or relevant industry experience.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate programs with individuals and groups.
