Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
•Provide leadership and direction for HSE initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across the organization.
•Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures to mitigate potential incidents.
•Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.
•Develop and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental responsibilities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of health, safety and environmental (HSE) experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
•GCC experience is a plus
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering
•NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or professional equivalent
