Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as first line of defense to ensure adherence to Nacha ACH Operating Rules and RTP Rules across the enterprise.
  • •Identify and execute internal findings/gaps related to ACH and RTP policies and procedures to support payable product offerings aligned to strategy.
  • •Partner with technology, compliance, sales, risk, and operations to address ACH/RTP risk questions and strengthen the control environment.
  • •Prepare business reviews highlighting findings and recommendations to management, and deliver internal/external training on product risks.
  • •Develop and maintain product collateral and internal procedures, and support sales with product rollout and articulating benefits to clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, risk management, or treasury management related to payments/money movement.
  • •Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or 3 years of experience in ACH operations/product; and/or Accredited Faster Payment Professional (AFPP) preferred.
  • •Strong strategic thinking and execution, with data-driven, quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to communicate and partner across lines of business and risk/compliance stakeholders; proficiency with Microsoft Office and data query/reporting.
