Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and members of the supply chain to support compliant project delivery
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to help avoid schedule delays
  • •Support project governance, processes, and systems, including preparing project status reports and required documentation
  • •Monitor construction progress to ensure approved design standards are followed and coordinate with suppliers and consultants through regular reporting and weekly meetings

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field

  • •Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction projects (preferred)
  • •Ability and willingness to work in the San Francisco office and travel to project sites as needed
