  • •Lead and manage high-performing teams, ensuring accountability for customer satisfaction and achievement of departmental KPIs.
  • •Contribute to budget preparation and monitor revenue, expenses, test volume, and FTE utilization.
  • •Ensure adherence to quality programs and compliance requirements including ISO 13485, FDA requirements (CLIA and QSR), GDP, and GCP/cGMP.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, implement change management, and represent the company during audits and client visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • •Current California CLS or CGMBS license preferred.
