Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts as the primary relationship owner across the customer lifecycle.
•Build trusted relationships, drive retention, resolve escalations, and identify revenue and volume growth opportunities.
•Become a product expert and advise merchants on the best MoneySaver solutions for their business needs.
•Drive customer success by improving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term account health.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
