Job Summary

Lead program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations for clients throughout the Americas. Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations, coordinating progress across solutions, teams, and client partners.
•Act as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators, maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
•Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting according to delivery standards.
•Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue resolution across internal and external teams with urgency and ownership.
•Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews; partner with Project Managers on individual engagements and provide mentorship and quality oversight.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
•Ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components.
•Strong collaboration skills to navigate and influence across organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors.
•Experience working with third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms.
•Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus.
