Regional Agency Strategy, Governance and Enablement Manager - Saudi Arabia (Arabic Speaking)

Lead regional agency-management strategy for TikTok LIVE across the MENAT region, including policy and governance playbooks, onboarding standards, and internal enablement training. Support local operating entities in evaluating and managing MCNs and agencies to agreed standards, analyze agency performance data, and advise regional leadership on agency quality and creator ecosystem trends. Coordinate with product, policy, legal, compliance, and operations to improve methodology and ensure consistent standards.
