Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of pre-construction, bid/award, construction, and closeout for assigned projects.
  • •Review pre-construction documents and provide comments to designers as needed.
  • •Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with off-site work requirements.
  • •Manage day-to-day contractor activities, including contract, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and related documentation.
  • •Manage project budget and schedule, negotiate change orders, monitor payments, and oversee closeout including DSA certification and financial closeout.
