Key Responsibilities

  • •Advocate for customers through strong relationship building and communications with high-level government stakeholders.
  • •Own the customer strategic roadmap, including quarterly strategic sessions with senior and key stakeholders.
  • •Design, develop, and integrate Elastic products and APIs, including platform architecture and capacity planning in mission-critical environments.
  • •Develop demos and proof-of-concepts, and perform data modeling, query optimization, and cluster tuning/scaling for fast search and analytics at scale.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support to identify enhancements, and partner with Sales to scope opportunities and assess technical risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience and understanding of Elasticsearch and/or Lucene.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Software Engineer, System Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Consultant delivering professional services engagements.
  • •Currently holding current UK security clearance (or previously held, or willing to undergo clearance).
  • •Strong technical understanding of Linux and Java, including working with databases and large distributed systems.
