You will own budgeting, forecasting, closings, and compliance, collaborating cross-functionally to enable strategic decision-making, optimize cash flow, risk assessments, and ERP automation in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, control and report financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across departments and product lines.
•Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
•Oversee internal control systems and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and tax obligations.
•Collaborate in a fast-moving environment, cross-functionally to align financial reporting and business goals.
•Manage cash flow, cost control, and ad-hoc financial risk assessments; optimize automation of ERP and accounting tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 40,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Around 5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial management.
•Experience in a senior audit position or Big 4 and/or startup/scale-up experience is highly valued.
•Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field (bachelor’s or master’s).
•Chartered Accountant qualification is a strong plus.
•Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and tax regulations; experience with tools such as Excel, Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, Oracle, or SAGE.
