Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Maintain equipment manufacturer technical notices, upgrades, and safety issue records, and provide technical support to equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
  • •Study equipment performance and reliability to establish programs improving uptime, addressing equipment problems, and defining preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • •Coordinate and perform process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes, and lead/participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
  • •Set up process parameters for semiconductor equipment, evaluate and plan new equipment/materials, perform abnormal analysis, and develop process conditions/technology to improve product quality and reliability while upgrading process capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •36 months of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.
  • •Experience with ASML TwinScan system platforms (XT and NXT) using 193nm and 248nm scanners and photolithography process/scanner applications.
  • •Experience with metrology tools including ASML Yield Star or KLA registration tools, plus overlay analysis programs such as QONIAC and 5D Analyzer.
  • •Knowledge of light source equipment (CYMER XLA/XLR or GigaPhoton systems) and productivity metrics/analysis and statistical/data analysis tools (JMP/SAS, R, Python, Minitab).
