Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems) or in Business/Marketing; or Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Demonstrate proficiency in Capital One’s product management foundation areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
  • •Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI; show how you’ve used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
  • •Proactively incorporate AI into personal projects or explore AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and built automations using AI agents.
  • •Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
